  • Minecraft username and UUID - collected automatically when you join the server.
  • Discord username and ID - collected if you join our Discord server.
  • Email address - if you provide one during a store purchase or support ticket.
  • Payment information - when you make a purchase, payment details (such as card information) are processed directly by our third-party payment processor (PayPal). We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address - collected automatically when you connect to our Minecraft server or Discord, primarily for security, moderation, and anti-cheat/anti-fraud purposes.
  • In-game activity data - such as playtime, chat logs, votes, purchases, and other gameplay statistics, used to operate server features (e.g., economy, ranks, jobs, leaderboards).
  • Technical data - such as your Minecraft client version and connection type (Java/Bedrock), used to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the server and store.
  • Process purchases and deliver Products (ranks, keys, etc.) to the correct account.
