Welcome to the LoddySMP Store. By purchasing any product from this store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not make a purchase.

1. Nature of Purchases

All products sold on this store, including but not limited to ranks, keys, cosmetics, and any other virtual goods (collectively, "Products"), are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. You are not purchasing physical goods, currency, or any transferable asset. Products exist solely within the LoddySMP Minecraft server environment.

2. No Ownership of Virtual Goods

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You do not own any Product you purchase. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product within the LoddySMP server, for as long as the server remains operational.
  • LoddySMP (the "Owner") retains full and exclusive ownership of all Products, server data, in-game currencies, and related digital assets at all times.
  • Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights, ownership rights, or other legal rights to you.

3. Server Availability and Termination

  • LoddySMP is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of the server.
  • The Owner reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend, discontinue, or permanently shut down the server at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
  • If the Owner decides to shut down or discontinue the server, all purchased Products, in-game currency, ranks, keys, and any other virtual goods will be permanently lost. By purchasing any Product, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that no refund, compensation, or replacement will be provided in this event, regardless of how recently the purchase was made or how much of the Product's value you were able to use.
  • You agree that you are purchasing Products with full awareness of this risk, and that continued operation of the server is not guaranteed for any length of time.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with a Product, in-game bans or punishments resulting from a violation of the server rules, or server shutdown/discontinuation as described in Section 3.
  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, please contact us via the support channel below, and we will review your request in accordance with the law.

5. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these Terms.
  • Any account associated with a chargeback may be permanently banned from the server and store, at the Owner's sole discretion, and any Products associated with that account may be revoked without compensation.

6. Account and Eligibility

  • You must have a valid Minecraft account (Java or Bedrock) to purchase and use any Product.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct in-game username at checkout. The Owner is not responsible for Products delivered to an incorrect username due to buyer error.
  • Purchases are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Rule Violations and Product Revocation

  • If you are found to be in violation of the server rules, the Owner reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or remove any purchased Products, ranks, or in-game currency associated with your account, without refund.
  • Being banned from the server does not entitle you to a refund for any previously purchased Products.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store or server after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of any Product, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, loss of access to the server, or server downtime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert your country/jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
